Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations through inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. You will handle receiving, adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

Expect to work varied shifts and operate equipment such as forklifts, with a focus on delivering Legendary Customer Service and maintaining compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required; ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attendance and work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA and customer engagement.
• Perform forklift and propane inspections and assist loading/unloading.
• Receive Direct POs and DC transfers; reconcile omni orders and reports.
• Pick, stock, and tag freight; conduct inventory adjustments per company policy.
• Collaborate with Store Operations Manager on inventory control and compliance.
