Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations through inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. The role involves receiving, adjustments, reconciliation, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include executing daily procedures, conducting forklift-related tasks, and ensuring accurate inventories and compliance with company standards.

Qualificações

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience or farming/pet/equine knowledge strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Greet the customer and uncover needs; recommend product solutions; add value and appreciate the customer.
• Deliver Legendary Service and lead with Legendary behaviors through customer engagement and teamwork.
• Perform forklift and propane inspections and handle related tasks as required.
• Assist with OMNI/BOPIS reconciliation and related reporting and processes.
• Receive Direct POs and manage freight and transfers; stage items for loading.
• Stock and tag freight and direct vendor items according to standards.
• Create picklists for the Freight Team and resolve inventory discrepancies as directed.
• Partner with Store Ops Manager on inventory control and compliance.
