Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Gilford, NH is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist responsible for inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines to support store operations. You will manage receiving, adjustments, reconciliation, transfers, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

Daily duties include forklift operation, BOPIS/OMNI tasks, and ensuring accurate stock levels. A focus on safety, customer service, and adherence to company standards is required.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading/writing/counting required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attendance and be flexible with shifts including nights and weekends.
• Execute receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation and PO receipts.
• Operate forklift and other equipment as needed.
• Stock, tag, and label freight and direct vendor merchandise.
• Complete safety, fire extinguisher, and hazardous waste procedures.
