Tractor Supply in Massachusetts is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations with receiving accuracy, inventory adjustments, reconciliation, transfer, buyback/RTV, compliance, and reporting processes while maintaining partnership with the Store Operations Manager.

You will perform forklift operations, pull OMNI orders, support BOPIS/OMNI routines, and execute daily inventory control activities to uphold Legendary Customer Service.

Qualificações

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Retail experience and/or farming knowledge strongly preferred
• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license
• Reading, writing and counting able

Responsabilidades

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance
• Work varied shifts including nights and weekends
• Receive Direct POs and DC transfers; stage freight
• Perform inventory adjustments and reconciliation
• Pull OMNI orders and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation
• Complete Ready-to-ship reports and compliance actions
• Operate forklift and related equipment as needed
• Assist customers and support store operations manager
