Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that support store operations. The role involves executing receiving, adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, and reporting, while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

The position emphasizes customer service, safety, and efficient operations, including BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation, forklift operation, and daily documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience: Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Fulfill all receiving, inventory and compliance tasks.
• Pull OMNI orders in the morning and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.
• Receive Direct POs and DC transfers, and complete related reports.
• Operate forklift and other equipment as needed.
• Promote Legendary Customer Service through GURA.
