Tractor Supply is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations through inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. The role includes handling receiving, adjustments, reconciliation, transfer, buyback/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

Qualificações

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail knowledge or farming/pet/equine experience strongly preferred.
• Must be 18+ and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing, and counting ability required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Assist with inventory control, receiving, and reconciliation.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation and related reporting.
• Operate forklift and other equipment as needed; assist customers.
