Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations through inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. Responsibilities include executing receiving, inventory adjustment, reconciliation, transfer, buyback/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

Ideal candidates will have experience in shipping/receiving, basic math, and strong customer service, with flexibility for varied shifts in a retail environment and

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming knowledge strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Assist with inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines.
