Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to oversee receiving accuracy, inventory adjustments, and compliance routines that keep store operations running smoothly. You will execute receiving, reconciliations, transfers, and related reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager to deliver Legendary Customer Service.

The role requires flexibility, ability to work varied shifts, and forklift operation with focus on safety and accuracy in a busy retail

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming knowledge strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Perform forklift and propane inspections.
• Receive Direct POs and transfers; support BOPIS/OMNI.
• Stock, tag freight, and complete inventory adjustments.
• Prepare and review daily reconciliation reports.
• Collaborate with Store Operations Manager on inventory control.
