Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a seasoned quality leader to direct the quality division of the logistics operation. You will report on quality performance, supervise a small team, and strengthen customer relationships while driving continuous improvement and lean initiatives across the operation.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory control plans, leading cycle counts, and ensuring accurate daily reports. Strong ISO9000 experience and 7–10 years in logistics management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree in management, logistics, or engineering and 7–10 years in logistics/manufacturing management.
• Proven quality management skills with emphasis on ISO9000 processes and lean culture.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate quality division activities to optimize quality performance.
• Supervise 1–3 supervisors and manage quality associates; develop supervisors and manage customer relationships.
• Lead weekly Inventory Control meetings and manage cycle count programs; ensure accurate operational reports.
