Job summary

Kenco Logistics seeks a Quality Manager to direct the quality division within a leading U.S. logistics operation. You will oversee quality performance, develop supervisors, and manage customer relationships, including staffing and safety-focused Lean initiatives.

You will collaborate with leadership to maintain documentation, monitor reports, and drive continuous improvement across the distribution network.

Qualifications

• Degree in management, logistics, or engineering from a four-year college or university.
• 7–10 years’ experience in logistics or manufacturing management or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates quality division activities to optimize quality performance.
• Supervises 1–3 supervisors and manages staffing levels.
• Develops supervisors and maintains customer relationships.
• Implement safety-first Lean culture and continuous improvement.
• Work with the customer to build a strong partnership and weekly inventory control meetings.
• Prepare and maintain documentation of ISO9000 related processes.
