Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee inventory accuracy, audits, and staff in a busy warehouse environment in Indiana. You will coordinate physical inventories, drive process improvements, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires managing a team, coordinating with operations, and delivering timely inventory reports while upholding Kenco’s quality management system and LEAN principles. Join a growing 3PL provider with a strong people focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 5+ years of inventory planning/supervision experience.
• Previous supervision or management of hourly warehouse/operations staff.
• Experience with high-volume receiving/distribution in a large warehouse network.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accuracy of inbound/outbound inventory via audits and cycle counts.
• Direct inventory staff to meet customer expectations and maintain schedules.
• Ensure safety training for associates and compliance with CPs and standard work.
• Lead root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare and review daily inventory and performance reports.
• Coordinate physical inventories and zoning of inventory.
• Communicate issues to management and maintain security and safety standards.
