Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a seasoned Quality Director to lead the quality division within its logistics operations. You will supervise multiple supervisors, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and partner with customers to ensure top-tier quality performance across cycles, inventories, and processes.

Candidates should have a four-year degree in management, logistics, or engineering, 7–10 years in logistics/manufacturing management, Six Sigma/Lean experience, and strong knowledge of WMS,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, logistics, or engineering from a four-year college.
• 7–10 years’ experience in logistics or manufacturing management.
• Six Sigma and Lean experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO9000 processes.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates activities of the quality division to obtain optimum quality performance.
• Directly supervises 1-3 supervisors and manages staff.
• Develops supervisors and manages customer relationships.
• Maintains Inventory Control Plan and monitors control measures.
• Conducts weekly Inventory Control meetings with the leadership team.
• Executes cycle count and Physical Inventory Exemption program.
• Supports Lean culture and continuous improvement.
