Kenco Group is seeking an Inventory Control Lead to coach and train Inventory Clerks while overseeing daily inventory tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role focuses on accuracy, process discipline, and teamwork to support safe, efficient distribution operations.

The position requires leadership experience and forklift operation capability, with responsibilities spanning cycle counts, staff guidance, and data-driven root-cause analysis to improve inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years inventory/warehouse experience.
• 6 months leadership or supervisory experience.
• Forklift licensed or ability to obtain license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Direct inventory staff in completing work and enforce procedures.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies using Lean Six Sigma tools to determine root cause.
• Report on quality holds and consolidate reports as needed.
• Safely operate equipment to move products and support distribution.
