Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a skilled quality leader to direct the quality division within its logistics operation. You will supervise supervisors, manage quality associates, and drive improvements through data reporting and customer collaboration.

Responsibilities include maintaining the Inventory Control Plan, overseeing cycle counts, and coordinating with the leadership team to optimize safety, performance, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in management, logistics, or engineering.
• 7–10 years in logistics or manufacturing management or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates quality division activities to optimize quality performance.
• Supervises 1–3 supervisors and oversees temporary staff as needed.
• Maintains Inventory Control Plan and monitors control measures.
• Executes cycle count program and prepares related reports.
• Partners with customer and leadership team to drive continuous improvement.
