Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a senior quality leader to direct the quality division of our logistics operation. You will report on quality performance, manage quality associates, and develop supervisors while partnering with customers to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires 7–10 years in logistics/manufacturing management, strong knowledge of ISO9000 and WMS, and proven leadership capabilities to mentor a diversified team. Travel may be required. بالكامل.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, logistics, or engineering; 7–10 years in logistics or manufacturing management.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; Six Sigma/Lean experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO9000 processes and advanced distribution/WMS systems; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates the quality division to optimize quality performance.
• Supervises 1–3 managers and ensures staffing for workload fluctuations.
• Maintains quality control plans, conducts weekly meetings, and monitors performance metrics.
• Collaborates with the customer to build a strong partnership and drive continuous improvement.
• Leads safety-first initiatives and lean culture across the operation.
