Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Quality Director to lead the quality division within the distribution operation in the United States. You will direct quality performance, manage a team of supervisors, and oversee inventory controls and reporting. Strong leadership and a track record in ISO9000 and Lean initiatives are essential.

You will collaborate with customers, drive continuous improvement, and mentor staff while ensuring safety and operational excellence across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, logistics, or engineering with 7–10 years experience.
• Proficient MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience with 3PL and ISO9000 processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Inventory Control Plan and monitor controls.
• Review weekly adjustments and cycle bin moves.
• Research discrepancies and resolve variances.
• Lead safety and Lean culture initiatives.
• Staff for weekend operations and ensure staffing.
• Develop customer relationships and partner with client.
