Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Management professional to lead controls across pharmacy operations, perform root-cause analyses, and ensure accuracy in complex workflows. You will develop SOPs, dashboards, and training materials to optimize inventory levels and regulatory compliance.

This role partners with Procurement, Supply Chain and Finance to enhance performance metrics, support audits, and implement system improvements across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field or work experience (minimum).
• Experience with WMS, preferably Tecsys.
• Experience leading inventories, cycle counts and discrepancy investigations.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivots, lookups, formulas and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, NetSuite or BI tools and creating inventory reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including inventories and discrepancy investigations.
• Analyze data to reduce adjustments, write-offs, expired products and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, and inventory movement.
• Monitor key metrics: days on hand, turns, expirations, accuracy.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting inventory risks and trends.
• Support DSCSA requirements and product traceability activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen inventory controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve inventory systems and automate reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team with clear performance measures.
