Job summary

Fuze Health seeks an Inventory Control Manager to lead pharmacy inventory programs, analyze data for root causes, and standardize processes from receiving to disposition. You will monitor KPIs, build dashboards, and collaborate with Finance, Compliance, and Engineering to strengthen controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing inventory in healthcare/pharmacy or similar.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and investigations.
• Ability to perform root‑cause analysis using data and process documentation.
• Knowledge of inventory control methods, aging, loss prevention.
• Experience with inventory systems, ERP, and BI tools.
• Experience creating inventory reports, dashboards, or KPIs.
• Experience training staff on inventory processes and compliance.
• Experience across multiple locations and regulatory audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce discrepancies.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, and disposition.
• Monitor accuracy, days on hand, turns, expirations, and KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve systems and automate controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team with clear performance measures.
• Support audits, new locations, and system implementations.
