Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is hiring an Inventory Control Lead to supervise stockroom activities, coordinate cycle counts, and ensure accurate records across facilities. The role requires forklift and cherry picker experience, hands-on use of the Synapse WMS, and strong Excel/Outlook skills.

Travel to assist other RJW sites is included in the job responsibilities. The position emphasizes process improvement, data accuracy, and team coordination in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience in Inventory Control.
• Minimum 1–2 years related experience in warehouse environment.
• Experience operating forklifts and cherry pickers/high lift.
• Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
• Working knowledge of inventory control practices; KPI reporting, cycle counts.
• PC literacy with Outlook, Word, Excel and Access.

Responsibilities

• Maintains layout of stockroom, warehouse, and storage areas.
• Studies records and recommends remedial actions for stock issues.
• Reviews records for accuracy and stock level adequacy.
• Schedules inventories and coordinates cycle counts.
• Prepares composite reports from Inventory Specialists.
• Traces history of items to resolve discrepancies.
• Assigns duties and inspects work for quality and compliance.
• Travel to assist other facilities and maintain reliable transportation.
