Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking an Inventory Control Lead to supervise stockroom activities, coordinate inventories, and drive accuracy across warehouse operations. The role requires forklift/cherry picker experience, and strong recordkeeping with WMS systems, plus KPI reporting capabilities.

The position is a second shift (Mon-Fri, 4:00PM-12:30PM) with responsibilities for improving stock control, daily reporting, and process improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years related experience in Inventory Control.
Minimum 1 to 2 years related experience in warehouse environment.
Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel/Access).

Responsibilities

Maintains layout of stockroom, warehouse, and storage areas.
Studies records and recommends remedial actions for slow moving and excess stock.
Reviews records for accuracy and stock level adequacy.
Schedules work for inventories and prepares composite reports.
Traces history of items to resolve discrepancies in records.
Issues instructions and expedites workflow with team members.
Assigns duties and ensures quality and policy conformance.
Travel to assist other facilities as needed.
