RJW Logistics is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Wed–Sat, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM) to oversee stockroom and warehouse inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficient workflow in Illinois.

The role requires forklift and cherry picker ability, WMS literacy (Synapse preferred), and strong KPI reporting along with cycle counts and product rotation. Join a team with comprehensive benefits and a focus on precise inventory control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience in Inventory Control.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years related experience in warehouse environment.
• Experience operating forklift and cherry picker/high lift.
• Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
• Working knowledge of Inventory Control practices; KPI reporting, cycle count programs, product rotation.
• PC literate with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database.

Responsibilities

• Maintains layout of stockroom, warehouse, and storage areas considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors.
• Studies records and recommends remedial actions for reported non-usable, slow moving, and excess stock.
• Reviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with procedures, and to determine adequacy of stock levels.
• Schedules work for special and periodic inventories.
• Prepares composite reports from individual reports of Inventory Specialists.
• Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommends remedial actions.
