Job summary

RJW Logistics Group seeks an Inventory Control Lead to supervise stock control activities in our facility. You will coordinate inventorying materials, staff, and processes to maintain accurate counts and optimal stock levels.

Responsibilities include planning inventories, generating reports, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring procedures are followed. Access to forklift operations and collaboration across teams is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Inventory Control or related training.
• 1–2 years in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift and cherry picker/high lift experience.
• Familiarity with WMS software, preferably Synapse.
• Knowledge of KPI reporting and cycle count coordination.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inventory control activities and staff.
• Maintain stockroom layout and storage optimization.
• Review records for accuracy and stock level adequacy.
• Schedule inventories and prepare composite reports.
• Investigate discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
• Provide clear instructions and manage workload with team.
