Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain seeks a Supervisor to lead operations at our Telluride location. You will oversee daily store functions, ensure compliance with state and SOPs, and manage inventory using METRC and our POS systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail operations or inventory management.
• 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Deep knowledge of METRC, inventory control processes, and compliance protocols in a regulated industry.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems (COVA preferred). Must be 21+ and eligible to obtain and maintain a Colorado MED badge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store functions including shift delegation, opening/closing, floor transitions, and maintenance coordination.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness with OSHA standards.
• Assist with secure cash handling procedures and register troubleshooting.
• Drive eCommerce fulfillment and support same-day in-store and curbside orders.
• Coordinate with Facilities and IT for issue resolution and improvements.
• Manage inventory lifecycle including METRC and POS accuracy.
• Lead weekly cycle counts and monthly inventory audits for compliance.
• Provide team training on inventory procedures and METRC workflows.
