Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Supervisory leader for one of our high-volume dispensaries in the Denver area. You will oversee back-of-house operations, inventory control, and regulatory compliance to uphold our standards.

You will partner with the General Manager to ensure seamless daily operations, integrity, and accountability across the team in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store functions, shift delegation, and opening/closing duties.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and OSHA-compliant operations.
• Support secure cash handling, register troubleshooting, and tech uptime.
• Improve eCommerce fulfillment and same-day in-store orders.
• Address facility issues promptly.
