Job summary

Vireo Health, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist for our Rocky Mountain dispensaries in Fort Collins, CO. You will ensure accurate, compliant inventory across METRC and POS systems, while supporting store leadership and budtenders.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, performing cycle counts, maintaining par levels, and resolving discrepancies. The role requires attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced retail cannabis environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in retail, inventory, or warehouse operations.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with METRC or similar tracking system is a plus.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process shipments for accuracy in METRC and POS.
• Perform FIFO rotation, monitor par levels, and organize backroom storage.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist monthly inventory audits.
• Resolve discrepancies and ensure compliant inventory records.
• Label and import new packages into the POS per naming/pricing standards.
• Collaborate with store leadership and budtenders to maintain product availability.
