Vireo Health, Inc. in Colorado Springs is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to lead back-of-house operations at a high-volume dispensary. You will oversee daily store functions, ensure accuracy in METRC and POS, and maintain regulatory compliance.

The role includes team development, shift coverage as MOD, and cross-functional collaboration with Inventory, Compliance, and eCommerce teams. You will be a mentor, ensure safe cash handling, and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail operations or inventory management; cannabis experience preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of METRC, inventory control, and compliance.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store functions, including shift delegation and opening/closing duties.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and OSHA-compliant standards across all areas.
• Support cash handling, register troubleshooting, and store tech uptime.
• Improve eCommerce fulfillment and same-day in-store or curbside service.
• Coordinate with Facilities and IT to address issues promptly.
