Vireo Health, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead for our Rocky Mountain retail location in Telluride, CO. You will help ensure smooth store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and support the Store Director and Assistant Manager with daily procedures and policy adherence.

The role emphasizes cash handling, customer service, and teamwork in a fast-paced dispensary environment. Must be 21+, with cannabis knowledge a plus; MED badge ability a must for Colorado.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and product guidance.
• Handle cash transactions and reconciliation.
• Assist with returns and exchanges, ensuring a smooth process.
