Job summary

Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Supervisor to lead one of our high-volume dispensaries with a focus on operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and regulatory compliance. You will support the General Manager and ensure integrity in all store processes.

Responsibilities include METRC and POS coordination, secure cash handling, and continuous team development in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Join a company committed to HEART values and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail operations or inventory management; cannabis industry experience strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience managing people, processes and compliance.
• Deep knowledge of METRC, inventory control processes, and regulatory compliance in a regulated industry.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems (COVA preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and inventory management software.
• Must be 21+ and eligible to obtain and maintain a Colorado MED badge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store functions: shift delegation, opening/closing, floor transitions, and maintenance coordination.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness; comply with visual standards and OSHA protocols.
• Support secure cash handling, register troubleshooting, and store technology functionality.
• Drive eCommerce fulfillment efficiency and support same-day orders for in-store and curbside transactions.
• Coordinate with Facilities and IT for timely issue resolution.
• Lead weekly cycle counts and monthly inventory audits to ensure real-time accuracy.
