Job summary

Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain in Fort Collins is seeking a Supervisor to lead a high-volume dispensary, ensuring operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

The role partners with the General Manager, oversees back-of-house functions, METRC and POS coordination, and ensures every product movement is tracked accurately in line with state and company standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail operations or inventory management ( cannabis preferred).
• 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Deep knowledge of METRC, inventory control processes, and compliance.
• Must be 21+ and eligible for Colorado MED badge.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs; nights, weekends, and holidays work.
• Experience with POS systems (COVA preferred) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and shift delegation.
• Manage inventory lifecycle and cycle counts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Colorado MED standards.
• Provide leadership as MOD and support store leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional with Facilities and IT.
• Support eCommerce fulfillment and curbside orders.
