Vireo Health in Fort Collins, CO is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain accurate, compliant inventory and support retail operations at one of our Rocky Mountain dispensaries. You will track products in METRC and the POS, rotate stock, and ensure proper labeling and pricing while supporting store leadership.

The role requires 1+ year in retail or inventory, familiarity with METRC and POS systems, and compliance with Colorado MED requirements.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of experience in retail, inventory, or warehouse operations; cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of METRC or a similar seed-to-sale tracking system is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be 21+ and eligible to obtain and maintain a Colorado MED badge
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team

Responsabilidades

• Inventory Management & Product Flow: Receive, process, and verify shipments; ensure METRC and POS accuracy.
• Compliance & Regulatory Support: Uphold Colorado MED regulations and SOPs; maintain audit-ready records.
• Store Support & Collaboration: Partner with leadership to ensure product availability; support process rollouts and system upgrades.
