Job summary

Randstad is seeking an Inventory & CMMS Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support maintenance and operations at a leading manufacturing site in Morrisville, NC. The role focuses on inventory management, asset tracking, and CMMS data integrity to keep facilities running efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree and at least 3 years of CMMS or inventory experience, with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in inventory, maintenance, planning, or CMMS.
• Proficient with CMMS and inventory control processes.

Responsibilities

• Procure parts and manage inventory to support maintenance.
• Maintain CMMS records, purchase orders, and asset linkage.
• Perform periodic inventory counts and reporting to optimize stock levels.
• Support maintenance, manufacturing, metrology, and engineering teams as SME for inventory issues.
• Establish stock levels and reorder points; identify cost-reduction opportunities.
