Job summary

Randstad Enterprise is seeking a highly motivated Utilities Maintenance and Inventory & CMMS Inventory Specialist to support a leading manufacturing site in Durham, NC. This 100% onsite, 1-year contract role centers on inventory, parts procurement, asset tracking, and CMMS responsibilities to keep maintenance and operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in inventory-related roles, hands-on CMMS experience, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, reliable work

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of inventory, maintenance, planning, or CMMS experience.
• Utilities Maintenance experience
• High ethical standards and integrity
• Self-starter with follow-through and accountability
• Reliable problem solver
• Independent worker able to manage and drive projects and priorities
• Highly computer proficient and ability to quickly learn new software platforms
• Experience working with electronic maintenance records or CMMS systems
• Tables and basic calculations for reporting (CMMS data handling)

Responsibilities

• Procure parts and manage CMMS inventory and asset linkages.
• Oversee CMMS inventory system including purchasing, receiving and issuing items.
• Establish stock levels and reorder points to prevent stock-outs; analyze usage.
• Lead small inventory projects and mentor junior staff.
• Support maintenance and I&C activities with accurate records and cost tracking.
• Assist with maintenance work orders and asset management workflows.
