Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business or related field or equivalent knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance/operations.
• 4 years of facilities management experience preferred.
• Proficient with CMMS, reporting and SQL business rule development.
• Excellent oral and written communication with varied audiences.
• Proficient with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate equipment/asset management, metrics reporting and training materials.
• Collaborate with shops, planners and managers; understand materials management for the department.
• Lead PM program development and optimization with stakeholders.
• Document and standardize workflows for asset information, PM schedules, tasks and routes.
• Develop and present CMMS training for new staff and refresher sessions for existing staff.
