Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield’s C&W Services division seeks a CMMS Administrator to oversee asset management, work planning, and spare parts inventory across multiple sites. You will manage equipment metadata, WO data accuracy, and schedules while driving efficient maintenance operations.

The role requires experience with enterprise asset management software, data analysis, and strong communication. A fast-paced team environment and flexibility are valued.

Qualifications

• 2-year Associate degree (or professional training) in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering or related fields.
• Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset management and maintain equipment metadata in CMMS systems.
• Define and maintain Work Orders, PM Plans, schedules, and work packages.
• Coordinate spare parts metadata, supplier data, and pricing.
• Manage materials in the facilities store, including requisitions and POs.
• Coach staff on CMMS use and best practices for task execution.
