Job summary

Amgen North Carolina is hiring a Manager Work Order Administration CMMS Process Owner in Holly Springs. You will lead a team of planners, CMMS data coordinators, and the inventory program to ensure reliable asset maintenance and compliant planning across the site.

The role partners with Corporate Engineering and site functions to design, build, and qualify equipment for drug substance production, while delivering metrics and readiness for inspections and audits.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree required for leadership role.
• Master's degree with 3+ years of Maintenance and CMMS experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of Maintenance and CMMS experience.
• Associate degree with 10+ years of Maintenance and CMMS experience.
• High school diploma / GED with 12+ years of Maintenance and CMMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to planners/schedulers and CMMS data coordinators.
• Lead the Central Inventory program and collaborate with internal service providers.
• Identify improvements and manage implementation to enhance planning accuracy.
• Collaborate with customers and groups on preventive maintenance timelines.
• Coordinate with corporate groups to improve CMMS functionality.
• Supervise work order safety programs and planning procedures.
• Ensure planning aligns with cGMP requirements.
• Maximize staff productivity and resource utilization.
• Provide support beyond normal hours as needed.
