Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, scheduling, or HR support.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume interview scheduling.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with G-Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews with speed and accuracy.
• Manage complex, high-volume scheduling across multiple teams.
• Arrange candidate travel logistics and process expense reimbursements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Ensure a high-quality, professional candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Support onsite interview logistics and candidate hosting.
• Provide administrative support to recruiting and corporate teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve recruiting processes.
