Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition Operations coordinator to support the candidate experience from interview scheduling through onboarding. You will liaise with the executive admin team to connect candidates with the leadership group and own the end-to-end scheduling for evergreen and opportunistic roles.

In this fast-paced tech environment you will anticipate scheduling needs, manage travel logistics for on-site interviews, and maintain confidential candidate data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 1 year minimum experience in Talent Acquisition operations; 2-3 years preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced tech company is preferred.
• Experience supporting technical teams is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Growth mindset with the ability to adapt in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support a world-class candidate experience from interview scheduling through onboarding.
• Liaise with the executive admin team to connect candidates with leadership.
• Own end-to-end scheduling for evergreen and opportunistic roles.
• Proactively anticipate scheduling needs and obstacles.
• Coordinate on-site interviews and candidate visits, including travel logistics.
• Utilize recruiting tech like Ashby to streamline processes for candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain professional written and verbal communication with candidates and hiring partners.
• Keep candidate and employee data confidential and secure.
• Respond to inquiries in a timely, efficient manner.
