You will be the first point of contact for candidates, schedule interviews, manage paperwork, and ensure a smooth candidate experience while collaborating with onsite staff and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting or onsite hiring events.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including staff, hiring managers and leads.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for a high-quality candidate experience.
• High attention to detail with data entry and documentation.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, greeting and checking in high volumes of applicants daily.
• Manage candidate flow using an interview scheduling tracker, ensuring accurate tracking of arrivals and interview status.
• Distribute and collect candidate paperwork, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and onsite team leads for timely candidate handoffs for driving assessments.
• Act as a liaison between candidates and internal teams to keep the interview process running smoothly.
• Track and compile assessment results, ensuring data is properly recorded.
• Upload candidate documentation and assessment videos into internal tracking systems.
• Monitor and manage the daily interview schedule, identifying gaps or bottlenecks.
• Maintain a professional, organized, candidate-friendly environment at all times.
