Stryker is seeking a field-based Sales Representative for Interventional Spine (IVS) to manage a geographic territory, support physicians and healthcare providers, and promote IVS products. The role blends consultative selling with clinical collaboration across operating rooms and ambulatory centers.

You will educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic considerations to drive purchasing decisions, while developing strategic plans to grow market share.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments.
• Quota-carrying outside sales experience is required or demonstrated high‑performance background.
• Ability to provide in‑person support during product evaluations and procedures.
• Must be able to travel within the territory and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell Interventional Spine products within an assigned geographic territory to achieve sales and revenue objectives.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, and clinical staff to support account growth and retention.
• Support product evaluations, procedures, and clinical cases in operating rooms and ambulatory centers.
• Educate customers on product features and economic considerations to support purchasing decisions.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop territory plans to increase market share.
• Monitor territory performance and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Coordinate case coverage, inventory management, and customer support activities to ensure high service levels.
