Stryker Group is seeking a Sales Representative for Interventional Spine (IVS) to drive territory growth through consultative selling and clinical support. You will manage accounts, support procedures in ORs and ASCs, educate stakeholders on product benefits, and develop strategic plans to expand market share across a defined geography.

The role emphasizes in-person engagement with physicians and clinical staff, ongoing relationship building, and coordination of case coverage.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required with at least 2 years in quota-carrying outside sales in medical device/healthcare or consultative sales environments
• Bachelor's degree with experience in customer-facing/high-performance environments and interest in sales
• Minimum 5 years in outside sales, B2B or territory-based selling with a track record of meeting goals
• Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures in clinical settings
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel across the territory
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell Interventional Spine products within assigned geographic territory to achieve sales and revenue objectives
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, and clinical staff to support growth and retention
• Support product evaluations, procedures, and clinical cases in operating rooms and ambulatory centers
• Educate customers on product features, applications, and economic considerations
• Identify new business opportunities and develop territory plans to increase market share
• Monitor territory performance and provide regular updates to leadership
• Coordinate case coverage, inventory management, and customer support for high service levels
• Maintain knowledge of product offerings, competitive solutions, and industry trends
