Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for Interventional Spine (IVS) to manage a geographic territory and support physicians, hospitals, and ambulatory centers. You will drive product adoption, assist with clinical procedures, and deliver consultative selling in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, in-person product support, and ongoing education of customers about spine and pain management technologies.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical device or related fields, or an equivalent high-performance background.
• 5+ years of professional outside sales, B2B, or territory-based selling with a proven performance track record.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory and lift up to 50 pounds in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Interventional Spine products in the assigned territory to meet sales targets.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, admins, and staff to grow accounts and retain customers.
• Support product evaluations, procedures, and clinical cases in operating rooms and centers.
• Educate customers on product features, clinical use, and economic considerations to aid purchasing decisions.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop territory plans to expand market share.
• Monitor territory performance and sales activity; report insights to leadership.
• Coordinate case coverage, inventory, and customer support for high service levels.
• Maintain knowledge of products, competitors, and industry trends to meet customer needs.
