Job summary

Stryker is seeking aSales Representative for Interventional Spine to drive growth across an assigned territory and support physicians and hospitals with spine-related solutions.

The role combines consultative selling, clinical support, and territory planning in a fast-paced healthcare environment. It requires in-person evaluations, relationship-building, and travel to customer sites within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical devices or healthcare.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory and support product evaluations.
• In-person support during product evaluations in clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Interventional Spine products within an assigned geographic territory to achieve sales and revenue objectives.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, and clinical staff to support account growth and customer retention.
• Support product evaluations, procedures, and clinical cases in operating rooms, procedure suites, and ambulatory surgery centers.
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic considerations to support purchasing decisions.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop territory plans to increase account penetration and market share.
• Monitor territory performance, sales activities, and account trends, providing regular updates to leadership.
• Coordinate case coverage, inventory management, and customer support activities to ensure a high level of service.
• Maintain knowledge of product offerings, competitive solutions, and industry trends to effectively support customer needs.
