Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to begin a career in medical device sales by supporting healthcare professionals and innovative technologies that improve patient care. You will partner with an experienced Sales Representative to support customer accounts, assist with clinical procedures, and contribute to territory growth in a field-based role.

In this position you will engage with surgeons and staff, help with product evaluations and education, manage inventory, track sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to help ensure appropriate product use and a positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.

Education
