Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Interventional Spine Sales Representative to strategically promote and sell IVS products in OR and office settings. You will conduct product evaluations, demonstrate value, and track territory progress while communicating wins to the Regional Manager.

Travel about 20% and a valid driver's license are required. You will build relationships with doctors, nurses, and staff, delivering exceptional service and driving performance in a fast-paced field role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical device preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University (with 2+ years of med device sales experience preferred).
• Travel requirement: Approximately 20% travel. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile.

Responsibilities

• Confidently conduct product evaluations, persuasively demonstrating value.
• Systematically track territory progress and communicate wins to the Regional Manager.
