Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for the Interventional Spine (IVS) to drive growth across a defined territory. You will combine consultative selling with clinical support to assist physicians, hospitals, and centers in evaluating spine technologies.

In this role you will manage a territory, support surgical procedures, and educate customers on product value and economic considerations, while building lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with required sales background in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments.
• Or a Bachelor’s degree with leadership, military, professional athletics, or other high-performance background plus sales interest.
• Minimum 5 years in outside/B2B/territory-based sales with a track record of meeting goals.

Aufgaben

• Promote and sell Interventional Spine products within an assigned territory to achieve sales objectives.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, admins, and staff to grow accounts.
• Support product evaluations, procedures, and clinical cases in ORs and centers.
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic considerations.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop territory plans to increase market share.
• Monitor territory performance and provide updates to leadership.
• Coordinate case coverage, inventory, and customer support for high service levels.
• Maintain knowledge of product offerings, competitive solutions, and industry trends.
