Responsibilities

• Greet patients, family members, physicians and staff in a professional manner.
• Verify demographic and clinical information for exam scheduling.
• Schedule procedures across IR modalities (CT, IR, US, Nuc Med, Fluoro, MRI, Mammography).
• Provide directions, parking and transportation information to enhance patient experience.
• Enter orders and documentation into the EMR and coordinate with departments.
• Communicate with physicians and offices to clarify diagnoses or tests as needed.
• Assist in maintaining data integrity and support department scorecards.
