Avanos Medical is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to support the Interventional Pain division in the Chicago area. The role focuses on clinical education, product demonstrations, and assisting the sales team during trials and account implementations in healthcare settings.

The candidate will expand market presence by leveraging clinical expertise, presenting Pain Management products to healthcare workers, and developing knowledge of reimbursement and competitive therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Two years of Sales, clinical, or technical experience.
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of medical terminology and clinical practices.
• Solid knowledge of PC based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Evidence of continued personal and professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical education and product knowledge to support the sales process, including demonstrations and in-service training.
• Collaborate with the Territory Manager to develop and implement strategic sales plans for specific markets.
• Execute successful trials and implementations within health care settings.
• Provide classroom style training in addition to live operating room and office support.
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies.
