Job summary

Mercy Health in Cincinnati seeks a Special Procedures and Cath Lab Technologist to assist in fluoroscopic and interventional procedures with strict sterile technique. You will prepare, document, and administer medications while ensuring radiation safety and regulatory compliance.

In this role you’ll coordinate with the team, review orders, and maintain patient comfort and safety throughout vascular exams and related procedures.

Qualifications

• Certification and registration with ARRT or CCI required/preferred.
• ARRT/CCI credentials and BLS; ACLS preferred.
• May require state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in fluoroscopic and interventional procedures with sterile technique.
• Prepare patients, explain procedures, and minimize anxiety.
• Review orders, communicate clarifications to physicians as needed.
• Document findings and enter data into the EMR per policy.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of vascular anatomy and exam procedures.
