Job summary

Admin Assistant 1 with the Post Release Division's Interstate Compact Unit provides a range of office administration tasks, handling confidential information and preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for internal and external customers.

Under direct supervision, you will support data research, issue resolution, and system data maintenance across inter-agency databases, while delivering professional customer service to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two years of related work experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Office Administration & Workflow: Support the Interstate Compact Unit with confidential records, case files, and official correspondence.
• Data Research & Problem Resolution: Research and resolve program data discrepancies using specialized systems.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare documentation, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Customer Service & Stakeholder Support: Interact professionally with internal staff and external public safety partners.
• System Data Maintenance: Enter and review records across inter-agency databases.
