Qualifications

• Experience with recruitment or sourcing, including using social media and community research to locate candidates.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of calls, emails, and documentation with accuracy and poise.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems; organized candidate/interpreter records.
• Strong interpersonal, phone, and email etiquette; able to work independently with HR teams.
• Detail oriented, dependable, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Bilingual preferred (English plus a second language).

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition in interpreter recruitment and scheduling coverage.
• Identify, engage, screen, and onboard qualified interpreters.
